Did someone say "Dodgeball?"
That's right folks! Dodgeball for a cause is coming quickly to the Pee Dee. We've got you covered, too - show off your skills and play, be a sponsor, or volunteer at the event.
Natalie Taflinger, Realtor presents the inaugural "Dodgeball Throwdown" benefiting The Jade Bridge on Saturday, May 4, at The King's Academy (TKA) Gymnasium in Florence.
The Jade Bridge is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing resources, training, and social events to help parents deal with the unique challenges that come with adoption and fostering.
About the Event
Date/Time: Saturday, August 3, 2024
- 1:00 PM Registration Opens (Please arrive 45 minutes prior to starting time)
- 2:00 PM Minor League (12 and under, males/females) begins
- 3:30 PM Women's League (13+, females only) begins
- 4:30 PM Major League (13+, males/females) begins
Location: The King's Academy (TKA) Gymnasium at 1015 S Ebenezer Road, Florence, SC
Cost: $125 per team
Teams consist of five players. Players are encouraged to wear fun outfits or costumes that coordinate with their teammates. All players will receive a free t-shirt for participation. Prizes will be awarded to the winning teams on the court and for outfits and costumes.
All Players MUST sign a waiver before playing. Players under 18 will need parent/guardian's signature on waiver. Electronically read over and sign the waiver
